Katherine Milton is the woman behind Sweet Milton. A native of Sydney, Katherine moved to New York City in 2006 to work in corporate marketing, but eventually realized that baking was her true calling. She traded her spreadsheets for cookie sheets and pursued her passion at Manhattan’s French Culinary Institute, earning a diploma in Pastry Arts. She then took her skills (and her family) and moved to Melbourne, launching Sweet Milton in 2013.
